RHMD MOMMY MAKEOVER | FULL ABDOMINOPLASTY + FULL-BODY LIPOSCULPTING

Some transformations change a body. This one changes the entire
silhouette.
A mother of two in her late forties, this patient underwent a comprehensive
RHMD Mommy Makeover combining Full Abdominoplasty with Full-Body
Liposculpting.
The surgical plan was designed around one central objective: restore the
anatomy altered by pregnancy while creating a stronger, leaner and
distinctly feminine version of her natural frame.
THE OBJECTIVES
• Correct abdominal skin and soft-tissue laxity following two pregnancies
• Remove the lower abdominal overhang and restore a flatter abdominal
profile
• Sculpt the abdomen, flanks and surrounding torso as one continuous
aesthetic unit
• Create a significantly narrower, more defined waistline
• Re-establish the transition from rib cage → waist → pelvis
• Preserve feminine hip and buttock proportions while creating a leaner
overall frame
• Make the torso appear longer, lighter and more athletic
• Create a result that looks intentional from the front, oblique and profile,
rather than simply “flat” from one angle
THE RESULT
The change is striking because no single feature dominates it.
The abdomen is flatter. The waist is dramatically more defined. The
previous heaviness through the midsection has been replaced by a
cleaner, elongated torso, while the hips retain enough curvature to keep
the silhouette feminine.
And perhaps the most important transformation cannot be measured in
centimeters.
After two children and decades of putting life ahead of herself, this was an
opportunity to reveal outwardly the vitality that was already there and
begin her next chapter looking as renewed as she felt.
Same woman. A completely new silhouette.
